Healthy Kids

Your kids will grow and develop by being active every day. It can also help them gain physical and social skills, make friends and feel good.
Australia’s physical activities recommendations for 5-12 years old tell us that:
Children need at least 60 minutes of moderate to physical activity every day.
Children should not spend more than two hours a day using electronic media such as computer games, TV, and internet for entertainment.
Make physical activity and eating plenty of fruit and vegies part of childrens everyday life.
